A: We proudly use our own proprietary brand, Hoshi Cha Kobō, sourced directly from Japan. We exclusively select first-harvest leaves, which provide the most vibrant green color, highest nutritional value, and a naturally sweet, umami-rich flavor without the bitterness found in lower grades.

Q: Is your matcha repackaged in Vietnam?

A: No, strict quality control is a core part of our process. All Hoshi Cha Kobō matcha is rigorously tested, packed, and perfectly sealed at our facilities in Japan. We never open or repackage the powder in Vietnam, guaranteeing that the matcha you drink is fresh and securely protected from oxidation.

A: Yes, we sell retail tins of our signature matcha (Hoshi Cha Kobō) directly in our stores. Because they are securely sealed in Japan, they are perfect for home brewing or gifting. We also sell matcha set including chawan and chasen - everything you need to start your matcha journey!
