We are based in Ho Chi Minh City and offer flexible delivery options to get your Cha Kobo fix to you, whether you're local or anywhere else in Vietnam.

Local Pick-Up (Free) You can choose to pick up your order directly at our store in Ho Chi Minh City. We will notify you when your order of matcha or merch is packed and ready for collection.

Delivery within Ho Chi Minh City

  • We offer delivery throughout HCMC.

  • Delivery Fees: The buyer is responsible for the delivery fee.

  • Confirmation: Because delivery fees vary depending on your exact district and distance from our store, we will contact you via phone or text message after you place your order to confirm the exact delivery fee and expected delivery time before dispatching your items.

Nationwide Shipping (Within Vietnam)

  • We ship our matcha powder, matcha sets, clothing, and accessories anywhere in Vietnam.

  • Shipping Fees: Standard shipping fees apply and will depend on your specific location/province. The estimated shipping cost will be calculated and communicated to you during the order processing stage.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and pack your order before it is handed over to our national shipping partners.
