Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your Cha Kobo products, from our premium matcha powder to our apparel and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Conditions for Returns We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Brand New Condition: The merchandise (t-shirts, clothing, accessories, matcha sets) must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Defective Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturer defect or if the product arrives damaged.
Non-Returnable Items

Prepared matcha drinks purchased in-store.

Opened matcha powder (unless there is a quality issue/defect with the product itself).
How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

You can return the item by bringing it directly to our store in Ho Chi Minh City, or by shipping it back to us (shipping costs for returns of non-defective items are the responsibility of the buyer).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
